With over 30 years of legal experience, Robert Adams brings unparalleled expertise, skill, and personal attention to every client he serves. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Adams has successfully assisted individuals and businesses across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including serving as general counsel, litigating civil cases, and drafting and negotiating business contracts.

As a dedicated advisor, Mr. Adams frequently serves as a “virtual general counsel” for companies without in-house legal departments. In this role, he collaborates closely with management to provide strategic counsel on contract review and negotiation, business planning, employment issues, litigation, risk management, and more. Acting as a legal quarterback, he oversees all matters impacting his clients to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.

Before founding The Adams Law Firm LLC in 2014, Mr. Adams was a partner at the esteemed law firms Harwood Lloyd, LLC, and Phillips Nizer, LLP. He remains deeply committed to his community, serving on the local Board of Education and volunteering as a coach for various youth sports. His dedication extends beyond his legal practice, fostering a strong connection with the people and organizations he supports.

Mr. Adams earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University (1989) and graduated with honors from Western New England College School of Law (1993). He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
